Just joined the forum, so I hope I am posting this in the right place?
I just bought a 93 K1500 Silverado, and 95 C20 Cheyenne off the local Facebook trader. Both pickups are rough. I am planning to swap out the rear axles on both trucks. The C20 will be getting a 14 bolt full floater. I plan to use the 14 bolt semi floater on the K1500.
My question is:. The C20 is an 8 lug bolt pattern. Can I swap out the 8 lug axle shafts from the semi floater, then install 6 lug axle shafts - and use my axle from my C20 on the K1500? Any help is appreciated.
