I thought the same thing untill I looked up what a “banner kit” was.

I forgot to mention that if I shift from 1st to 2nd manually it shifts in the same manner. I’m not sure if that means anything but figured I’d put it out there too.

Just an update. I found a tsb for a ground for the vcm

I discovered my truck had not had this done so I ordered some pins and did what the tsb said to do.

Iv been driving it for a week like that and it is like a whole different truck. I no longer have hesitation on shifts nor do I have any harsh or bang shifts, or inconsistent shifts. The shifts feel much tighter and precise.I decided I’ll drive it through tomorrow and if alls good I’ll call it fixed.

I still plan on doing a oil change and deep pan soon if I find any other irregularities or have issues I’ll update again
