Good to see there are still people out there who care about customization and fine details. I have the same LQ9 that's in your truck and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend a tune and some long tubes to wake it up. Your caddy is looking seriously tough, good work!

Thanks, I love the LQ9 it's a great motor, I'm definitely going to get a tune this spring/summer the exhaust is in pretty good shape so just gonna add a tip and weld in two 10 series Flowmaster mufflers and down the road do headers and a custom exhaust setup

Got some goodies for the Esky today, front & rear rotors along with pads, e-brake shoes, rear diff cover gasket, rear brake backing plates, going to get the axle seals & rear wheel bearings locally

Wagner coats the brakes in the areas that typically rust and end up looking like ****

Any reason for the overhaul or just preventitive maintinance

The driver side rear brake backing plate is rotted out, so to replace it you need to pull the rear axles, so gonna do brakes all the way around since you need to take it all apart to get the axles out & do the bearings/seals since I'm removing and reinstalling the axles

If I was building that thing, I think I'd have done exactly the same things. Those headlights look great as well as the rest of the truck. Very tastefully done

Thanks, the lights and grille really transformed the front end
