04 5.3 to 96 Sierra

Hey all, I have a 96 k1500 with an 0411 swapped pcm. I have a buddy selling an 04 5.3 l with tranny and was thinking of making the swap.

Has anyone done this and what's involved? Do I have to change a bunch of connectors out or are there sensor adapters? Do I have to add sensors?

Better of with a new 383 stroker. A lot more power and less headaches. BIG JOB TO SWAP.
