    Thanks! It's just shy of 44" in the rear and right at 43" in front. I thought the front needed to come up a little bit, must have settled some since the lift. Something about those steps just screams old man to me, lol. I need the clearance more than steps. I'm prolly gonna get the windows...

    Thanks man! I was actually running through your build thread earlier. I can def appreciate the amount of work it takes to get a truck where yours is at! I have a diesel bumper that needs some fog lights and some 2" hockey pucks are in the mail, so there's more to come!

    After finding a job I like, making more money with less hours (winning!!) it hit me, I started looking at lift kits. Then this popped up on the vast internet. I had to do it! That picture is exactly how I envisioned my truck! My wallet sure wasn't happy about it, but I haven't looked back...

    Mine looked fine when i did my lift kit last weekend. Id jyst grab some from the junkyard for a few bucks.

    Cheap RCX 6"??

    You can save yourself the $50 on the torsion key tool if you remove the bars, crossmember, and lower control arms as one. Youll need a buddy to help, but its faster anyway. Leave the spindle attached to the lower control arm while youre at it if your ball joints are good.

    That is a good shop! The dealer that I bought my truck from used XCP tie rods and they were shot after 4k miles. It's never worth it to cheap out on front end parts.

    Tie Down Anchor Help/Ideas

    I was thinking about 3/4 of the way up the bed. They have to be low enough to make sure that smaller stuff can still be strapped down, yet high enough to still have access to if the bed is full. Yeah, I'm over thinking this, lol.

    4wd Hub Replacement

    I realize this is a super old question, but it's a sticky and I needed to know this info too. So here is the GM part number for the bolts. The were $7/ea at my local Chevy dealer, which is cheaper than any website I could find (with shipping). GM Part no. 15995614
