Starting Issues

Recently I did some repairs concerning my intake manifold and fuel injectors. (Vortec 5.7 SFI) After my repairs the motor ran great for about a week. Around day 5 it started giving me some trouble starting..It would take about 2-3 cranks to turn over..then a few days later it turned into 4-6...

True dual to Y-pipe?

Currently i have the stock dual inlet/single outlet exhaust on my ECSB (5.7 vortec) A friend of mine is selling a custom exhaust from his RCSB... His exhaust is a Y-pipe with cat,muffler and side exit.. can i swap the dual for the y-pipe without any issues? UPDATE: the exhaust i am looking at...
