    ok guys I have a 1998 k1500 withthe 5.7, I ordered a new egr valve and solenoid.... I changed the valve, where is the solenoid located, I did a Google search and looked all over my engine bay... Am I missing something? Do I not have one?

    ok so, i moved the fuel injector for cylinder 5 to cylinder 7, no more misfire on 5, misfire on 7 now, so that injector is bad... can i just replace that one injector? how hard is it? i just swapped em at the intake not the housing..

    im experienceing the hard start now after i put it all back together ... new fuel pressure regulator for a 454 and new gaskets, no more vacuum leak but still #5 misfire....

    ok so i have a 98 silverado, i recently purchased, PO tells me it has 2500 running gear, appears so ... so all the fuses are good, the tcase engages , the accuator works, the cv joints are all flush againt the axle... any clues what to check next??? we did have the accuator out of the axle...

    ok so its got a 231C tcase and a not stock trans. itll start in 2 of 3 gears in the tcase (assuming 2wd and 4 hi) and when brake is applied even slightly , it stalls... this is a basket case Tahoe I just acquired. its a 4 dr 4wd,350, auto with a 10 bolt ass end. any idea on how to fix...

    well I crawled under it today...... I do not have a 14 bolt rear end ,I have a 10 bolt..... and a manual shift 231c transfer case.. forgot to check what trans I have,ill check tomorrow.

    so im looking for axles on craigslist, found a late 70s ford f250 d44 housing and gears, and alate 70s d44 out of a ramcharger 6 lug.. if I understand right , jeep and chevy d44 are interchangeable.. so if I got the ford d44 cant I take my ifs outters and assemble them on the ford d44 housing...

    hey guys, just got back from japan, ill get pics up this weekend, its kinda sad looking as it needs a lot of tlc.. ill get more info on the rear axle and trans as well... im leaning more towards a sas to do away with the body lift, and to be able to go have some fun n not be a mall crawler lol

    ok, so I just got this Tahoe and ive gotta do a few little things to it to get it running. its got a 3/4 ton rear axle, different trans and t case, not sure yet of the model but th400 is coming to mind.. any ways I want to lift it and was pricing a 6 inch rcx and 2 inch body lift will run me...
