    truck will not start...

    96 1500. It will crank and turn over and act like it wants to start but wont and while cranking you will get a thunk sound every once in a while... fuel pump and filter are fairly new, and engine has about 14 thousand on it. My wife was driving it said there was a loud noise and it quit working...

    Hazards stuck on

    I accidently broke my hazard button on my 96 and no matter how hard or anything I do I cant get them to turn off... Can anyone tell me where the wire is so I can cut it? Or any other solution?

    Rear driveshaft help!

    Went weelin and my rear ujoint tore apart and the rear flange spun up onto the differential yoke. The shaft is fine but the flange is ate up a little and don't know if it can be replaced or I need to buy a whole new shaft. Wasn't sure where to post this -it's a beast!!! it's a...

    How hard is it to

    Replace a fuel injector? 96 1500 z71. 5.7 Had the guy put the engine and now it has a misfire in cylinder 1 and he says it's not getting any fuel to it. I found a new injector cause I'm short on cash. And was wondering if it was something I could do?

    Gauge cluster not working

    My friend has a 96 rc stepside and his oil and temp work. His gas gauge works opposite of normal. He gains gas as he drives but not that big of a deal. But his speedometer is about 20 mph fast an tachometer stays maxed. I took it out cleaned and put it back in. Any suggestions?

    Do I need primer?

    I just need to repaint my hood. Most of the clearcoat is off due to the sun. I have duplicolor orange-red and some clear coat. Both spray cans. Do I need to spray some primer or can I just sand the top coats off and re spray?

    I've got the cover loose on the drivers side but can't get it off. 5.7 l vortec. What do I do from here?

    96 electric seats

    Both driver and passenger seats won't move forward or backwards. When you hit the forward button the motor runs but doesn't move then when you push back it sounds like its just releasing air. I can raise and lower the seat just not move em. Anyone got any ideas?

    Can I get some opinions?

    I'm pretty sure it's a spun rod bearing but I dont know how "bad" it is. "bad" as in it's always bad but never dealt with one before. And its not bad enough to where it threw a rod through the block it runs okay enough to drive which i havent but i just dont know enough yet im learning as i go...
