Headlight adjusting screw turns freely & adjust nothing..

I been having the new headlamps since the summer & I've never thought about adjust them until I got my hid's...well I adjust the passengerside perfectly but the adjust screw on the driver headlamp just turns freely & doesn't adjust anything...Is the screw off-track or is the trick to doing it?

took the bed off & now lights don't work properly

Umm...engine problem & no idea what's the problem...

Sometimes whenever i go to mash on the gas whenever im switching lanes or in a hurry, the engine cuts out (as if it had a rev limiter, some random guy told me that whenever i explained to him what happens), then it sounds like it's about to die & a second later, yooh can here it charge up then...

Finally decided to post pics of my 93...

Over all, the truck has 186k on it. I payed $2000 for it, can't beat that. This is my first truck also. The previous owner only really took care of the appearance & body of the truck. The interior is nothing special, just a sagging headliner. Here's the pics...enjoy! I hate the factory mirror...

Door sag with pictures (help needed)

Ive been noticing the sag on my passenger door bc everyone that rides with me always have to slam it shut...well today whenever i was cleaning out my truck, i decided to give it a look see & it worst than i thought it was...i took pics to show where i thought the problems were...i'm new to this...

Truck Cover

Has anybody bought a truck cover from LMC? Not the bed cover, buht an actual to shield my truck away from the elements while i'm away for tripes... I need to get one & i don't kno the quality of any of them...& also, what's the best quality one for the cheapest price?
