My 91 C2500 with a 4" spindle lift next to my stock 2017 High Country. The 91 is going to look small if I decide to level the High Country and put 33's on...

How tall would your new truck be if you leveled it and put 33's on? To top of cab

Not sure, haven't done it yet.
But if I do level it, it will be with Bilstein 5100's and be about 1.8" of lift. I don't want much more height. And I'll probably run a 275/60r20 tire. So, it'll probably raise the cab height 1-1.5", if that. Again this is if I level, I do kind of like the fuel economy it's getting and the fact that it fits in the garage, if I need it too...

come across and was given from a Summit Racing tech and various friends is the most common backspacing for our trucks is 3 3/4". Here's some pics of my truck with 3 3/4" backspacing. I have do have a 1 1/2" wheel spacer on the front. I'm almost 100% certain the backspacing on your wheels is 3 3/4".
Hey Jay Jay, this is great but I think you meant a spacer in the back, not front?(I am assuming you have a spindle lift like mine). I think a 4 inch is great back space, I love the look of your truck spacing.

I am redoing all the suspension and steering. Now I have a question I asked in another thread that got no responses, so maybe someone knows here...anyone know which shocks will fit in the back with the lift? I want to replace them but don't see any that fit.
I put the Fabtech shocks on my 2500 that came with the spindle lift and blocks. I also used a 3 inch block. When I get the truck back from the bodyshop I can measure them, but if you call Fabtech or look them up on line, they sell shocks for the rear when using a 3 inch block. I however would not recommend the Fabtechs, as I was not very happy with them at all. Try to match the length up and use something else like Ranchos maybe.

Thanks, and no I've got a 2" RC coil lift with Pro Comp ES9000 shocks (extended ones in the front) with 1 1/2" wheel spacers in the front no mods on the rear. Wheels are 3 3/4" backspacing on 265/75/15 Toyo open country AT's.

Well, just got her back and snapped some quick pics. She is a 1988 C2500, and she desperately needs some new wheels. I am a fan of chrome as you can tell :) so I will be looking at 17 inch by 8 or 9 with zero offset (???). The truck is currently on 2001 factory wheels (I think 7 inch, but could be 6.5 wide, these things are skinny) and 265/75/16. I will be looking at 285/70/17 but just debating on the wheel width. Truck has a 4 inch suspension lift (Fabtech) in front, and 3 inch blocks in rear. Currently using a 1/4 inch wheel spacer in front and a 1.5 inch wheel spacer in the back to even out the width.
