Got my stereo installed by Best Buy on the 2nd and they did a great job. Still have my free XM and I like new features of the head unit. Factory Infinity speakers are doing great and I might just install my subwoofers and amplifier before doing door speakers.

I went to fall Carlisle and didn't buy a whole lot. Got brighter LED back up bulbs and turn signal LED bulbs too. Gotta get resistors for the turn signals. Got a brand new in box S&B cold air intake for $250! Installed it and sold my Banks Ram Air 2 days later for $160. Went with the S&B because I had one on my Duramax. So far so good but I don't have any pictures of it yet. I threw on some Strongarm hood struts too, no more mop handle for a hood prop!

On the way home I stopped at this abandoned Getty Mart and grabbed a few pictures, I wanted to with my old trucks but never got a chance to stop there.

Got my MBRP 5" stainless steel straight pipe and 5" to 6" tip tonight. Installed some Sylvania ZXE bulbs in my headlights yesterday. Now my fogs and headlights match lol.

Still waiting on my Fass Titanium 150, then I'll send my Autocal to get retuned. Won't put the lift pump and EFI Live until I get my gauges.

Going to run factory match Auto Meter gauges. Boost, EGT, and fuel pressure on the pillar and a transmission temperature gauge on the steering column.

Debating on a sump kit for the Fass too. I just can't afford to spend anymore money right now. Never had a problem on my Duramax without the sump kit but like the added insurance.

EDIT: Forgot to mention someone hit my truck in the mall parking lot yesterday too and put a nice dent and scuff on the driver side of the rear bumper. No note, no contact info, no video footage. My bumper was bent on the passenger side from a previous owner but still. People are *****.

Fass Titanium 150 showed up Tuesday night, I'm itching to get my Autocal back and install all of this stuff! My boss offered to help me install my exhaust Saturday the 19th. Lined all of it up on the floor at work and put the tip on.....gorgeous.

Nice rig. The wheel well rust thing is due to a bad design by Dodge, not lack of care by the P/O. Something about there being some sort of sealant (? can't remember exactly what it was off the top of my head) they used in the wheel wells that acted sort of like a sponge, anytime it got wet it would stay wet and eventually lead to rusting from the back to the front.

I nearly bought a gorgeous black 06 5.9L 4x4 QCSB (that had NO wheel well rust! just a little bubbling on the front fenders before the drivers doors...) last summer and I'm still kicking myself for not buying it, but it had some sort of aftermarket exhaust. I believe it was a 4" MBRP with a resonator, and it was just too loud for living in the city. You had to shout to talk over the sound of the truck when standing next to it at idle, so bad I had to shut it off when ordering at a drive thru. I don't want to think about how loud the 5" straight pipe would make it.

Thanks for the info on the rust, I knew I'd be in for some body work with a Dodge before I bought one. Well, I mean at some point either when I bought it or after a few years. It's a shame too, the body and frame are in good shape but the rust is such an eyesore.

I wish this truck was black lol but I was ok with black or white. I knew I wanted a straight pipe again, loved the 5" on my Duramax but of course it wasn't near as loud as a 4" on a Cummins. I had to shut my Duramax off at drive thrus too but with my factory straight pipe on my Cummins I haven't had an issue . I don't think my neighbors want to think how loud the new exhaust is going to be lol but my commute is 45 seconds away from my house so I'm not too worried.

Picked these up off a Facebook group for $150. Guy said chrome finish was "peeling really bad" its just around the hub area. They need a good cleaning and tires are pretty much junk. Found center caps and I'm currently looking for lug nuts. Wheels are 17x10 Pro Comp 6089's. Not sure if I will clean them up and flip them or keep them for my truck.

Ok so I should probably update this more frequently but I don't take a lot of pictures....

Got the 5" exhaust on about a month ago and it sounds amazing. Really don't get to hear it too much because the windows are up. Only drone is at full throttle in 3rd gear so its livable and I'm not towing.

I cleaned those Pro Comp 6089's up and on a Cummins Facebook group that a member offered another member his trade of his 20" XD Rockstar II's to another member for a set of 18" Ballistic wheels. I messaged the guy with the Rockstars and asked if he would be interested in the wheels and tires currently on my truck, the Pro Comp's and the new lug nuts I had for them. Told me yes and that he had brand new lug nuts for his wheels too. So Saturday I'll have a new set of wheels lol.

Gotta get the truck inspected and the transmission cooler lines fixed, then I hope to order some gauges up and get the performance aspect tackled before summer so I can focus on appearance mods at that point.
