Need help with 99 caddy front end on 92 chevy

you will....NEVER...get the aftermarket esky stuff to fit correctly....I promise...lol...make sure you get the actual bumper and the styrofoam piece (it keeps the bumper cover from jiggling around while driving) fenders, hood, parklights and pigtails if you can get them, the truck ones will...

Okay I think I have a serious problemo. When I put my truck in drive and my foot is on the brake I get a scratching noise. When I accelerate through first the sound gets louder with the rpm range. When the truck shifts into 2nd the sound goes away, and I don't hear the noise until I come to a...
