3/8" UHMW for a base. Picked up the relays and fuse blocks from Del City.

Relay #1 is triggered by the low beam wire at the driver's fender. It turns on the low beams and fog lights which are wired with all new 14 ga wire. Fog lights are grounded to the radiator support and the headlights directly to the battery (Ditch the crap factory ground entirely). Relay #2 isn't hooked up completely yet but it will be key on power to the LH fuse block while the RH is constant power.

Found some clear marine grade shrink tube. Figured I'd give it a try... Sure make it easy to spot corrosion problems down the road.

WeatherTech floor liners... Technically for a Suburban but the driver's side fit's perfectly. Passenger side must use a different door pillar but it's not that far off

The lighting looks great! And you got to love the weathertechs! I put a set in my son's truck, his carpet still looks new underneath them

Finished tying up loose wires tonight and got everything tucked away.

Looks good, but I think I would have put the wiring up behind the bumper instead of behind the valance, Just gives I a cleaner look. Not that anyone would be looking under your truck, just my opinion.
