I've not been able to uncover a similar thread, just in the lowered section, which doesn't help me any.

So anyways.. I'll be replacing all 4 shocks coming up here soon and I was wondering what my best options are. I'll be doing a little of everything with this truck.
I have air bags in rear to help when towing/hauling.

I was looking at the Monroe Sensa-Tracs, I'd like to match fronts with rear.. not sure if these would fit up front or even if they make them.

What are you guys using for shocks?
Should add that I am at stock height running 285/75/r16.

I have Pro Comp adjustable MX-6's on my truck and Bilstein 5100's on mine and my gf's Jeeps. I've read that Rancho adjustable RS9000's are also a decent shock.

I personally hate the adjustable shocks. Had the Ranchos and the adjuster broke so it was stuck at what ever they were on. I decided to send them to the garbage and replaced them with Bilsteins. I have the 5150 series because I'm running 37s but I have the 5100 on our stock c3500 and its the best bang for your buck. Night and day difference for sure

My truck with 6 5150s was $650
The c3500 with the 5100s was $350 installed

on a stock height truck I would say the Bilstein HDs. I have the bilstein 5100's on my truck and I love them. Monroes, Ranchos, Pro comps, and all the white body shocks are made by the same company (Tenecco). Rancho RS5000's are junk. Rancho RS9000's are decent but WAY over priced for what they are. All pro-comp shocks are junk.

I had the 2.2 RC shocks on my only Jeep, they were okay but thats about it, nothing spectacular. I also have the RC shocks on my z71 that come with the 4&6" lift kits, their okay but I believe Bilsteins are the best choice. I wouldn't mind trying out some Fox's or Kings as well, anyone have any experience with them?

Even though your ignoring me, the standard shocks that came with my lift kit ride really good. Idk how long they will last but the are not super stiff or anything. It rides pretty much stock...
