Measurement of stub axle were seal rides
Or pic of spindle with measurements from

Thanks poncho
But I have seals here
The problem I have is the face were seal rides
Is pitted and chews out the seals rather quickly
I am after an alternative to replacing the spindle
As turns out quit costly with postage to Australia
Was thinking along lines of a speedi sleeve but need measurements
Of flange were seal sits as to purchase one in Australia
Not a common car here so everyone is clueless
Thanks

Have tried rubbing back to smooth
But to far gone
My only option is new spindle (hard to find in au)
Costly for postage to au
Or speedi sleeve
I may have to pull wheel of and measure
Was just trying to avoid extra work and having
Car of the road till and if I can get a sleeve in Australia
For it
Thanks hope someone can help
I understand that the 88 bearings are different
To later models is this true for seals also
Regards alex

Hmm, I've seen sleeve for rear axles shafts, class 8's and i've seen them for trailer axles but never for truck front spindles. Not saying they don't exist, just probably not that common.

Maybe touch base with some local trailer or heavy truck places. They can likely at least point you in the right direction.

Unfortunately, even if they have one to fit, they will likely require the measurements of your spindle so you still have to take it apart....

Buy new spindles
Thanks for the effort
