trying to get inspection ready 93 4.3

Hey guys im trying to get my 93 chevy ready for inspection i had a cat put back on and new o2 sensor. i did full tune up. and it needed a new egr solenoid so since it has 160000 miles on it i replaced the whole egr system. all thats left is a button for the horn and i am still getting a running rich code. anyone have any ideas as to what this could be????

Codes don't matter on a 93. It's a dyno test for your truck and it's hard to fail those.
