I dont know if this helps any, but I remembered the previous owner said the problem started for him the last time he got his oil changed.

I've found another symptom of whatever is wrong. My dash light brightness fluctuates as I give her gas to keep her from dying when I start her.

Alternator. Get it tested.

Would that be the cause of all of this?

Could be, could be the battery as well. Autozone or your local service shop will have the tools to test both. Your last issue is a giveaway to electrical supply.

Well I dont have the money to replace the alternator. I dont have the money to fix anything unless it's to tighten this or clean that.
