Reservoir to Master cylinder leak

Been looking and haven't been able to find anything. Where the brake fluid reservoir connects to the master cylinder is leaking at the rubber gasket. Is this all one piece or is there a way to tighten it?

i may be wrong but im pretty sure there isnt any way to adjust or tighten the reservoir how bad is it leaking
