I don't want to pay to have my Python 574 Remote Start installed. I can't figure out which wire to put to what based on how the instructions are worded. I no longer have a key cylinder, or wires running up my steering column. I made it so it's 2 switches and a push button. When I wired the remote start portion up (spliced and soldered), the truck wouldn't turn off. Undid all the work and removed the remote start. This is on a 97 Tahoe.

Here's the Python/Direct instructions.

Pin - Color - Destination
H3/1 - PINK - (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT
H3/2 - RED/WHITE - (87) FLEX RELAY +12V INPUT (30A FUSED)
H3/3 - ORANGE - (+) ACCESSORY OUTPUT
H3/4 - VIOLET - (+) STARTER OUTPUT (CAR SIDE OF THE STARTER KILL)
H3/5 - Not there
H3/6 - RED - IGNITION 1 +12V INPUT (30A FUSED)
H3/7 - PINK/WHITE - (30) FLEX RELAY OUTPUT (car side of ign, acc or starter wire)
H3/8 - PINK/BLACK - (87a) FLEX RELAY INPUT (key side of ign, acc or starter wire if needed)
H3/9 - RED/BLACK - ACCESSORY/STARTER RELAY +12V INPUT (30A FUSED
H3/10 - Not there

I know the Hoe's wiring to be:
12V Constant - RED
Starter - YELLOW
Ignition 1 - PINK
Ignition 2 - WHITE
Ignition 3 - PINK/WHITE (supposedly? but it's a +12v const)
Accessory 1 - ORANGE
Accessory 2 - BROWN

If someone can tell me what remote start wire color to put to the stock harness, it'd be greatly appreciated.

So after writing this, I think I understood more clearly. All I need to worry about are:

H3/1 - PINK - (+) IGNITION 1 INPUT/OUTPUT
H3/3 - ORANGE - (+) ACCESSORY OUTPUT
H3/4 - VIOLET - (+) STARTER OUTPUT (CAR SIDE OF THE STARTER KILL)
H3/6 - RED - IGNITION 1 +12V INPUT (30A FUSED)
H3/9 - RED/BLACK - ACCESSORY/STARTER RELAY +12V INPUT (30A FUSED

And just use a T junction from Ignition 1 to Ignition 2.
