o2 sensor question??? HELP!!

i have a 98 gmc z71 and i am about to install some headers and have the entire exhaust redone. i will have to remover the curent exhaust to install the headers so my question is will my truck run without any of the o2 sensors in so i can drive it the the exhaust shop????? thanks for any help

It should run. Will run like crap most likely, but it should run.

Will run like absolute trash, might die on the way there too, but should be able to make it.
