I wonder if this should be in the street build instead of offroad since the truck is a daily and on the street tons more then off the road lol.

forgot to update this last night, got the cab corners welded in yesterday, ground down, body work done, primed them this morning and painted them.

makes the rest of the truck look bad. Still got more to do, pinion seal, the 1-2 acc. cover on the trans is leaking, clean and paint the bottom of the bed, remove two broke studs from it, put it back on, clean and paint the bumper brackets, put it on, then paint the lower part of the front fender, and put on my stainless rocker trim.

I got the bumper brackets off and painted and did the backside of the bumper with undercoat. I had other cleaning to do after these pics, removed the harness and cleaned it, then I got the undercoat overspray off the bumper...

I also wet sanded and painted the lower front fender so I can put on my stainless rocker trim.

The pinion seal is done, the thing was leaking because the nut was loose. Then I found my transmission leaks, the case was broke, had a piece gone... I just hope it holds up...

stood the bed up last night and got the broke bolts out of it. I wire brushed it all today, the whole bottom, then degreased it over and over, scrub brushed it, washed it with hot water and dish soap, then sanded it all and undercoated the wheel wells. I should get paint on the bottom tomorrow or sat. maybe.

Afterwards I hit all the rust spots with some 80 grit to knock off the rust, then I hit all those spots and any other bare metal with self etch primer.

Painted the bed bottom today, got brush strokes so it needed a 2nd coat. I took pics after the first coat since it said I had to wait 24hrs to recoat.

I also adjusted the valves, which got rid of my miss, put on the new vac. mod. line, and then couldn't wait anymore painted the bed a 2nd time, got it all covered and did all the gold areas you can see under it as well. Now it's sitting back down, waiting to go back on one day this weekend I hope.
