Lowered stepside help 5/7 tire size

I have a 91 regular cab stepside want to go 5/7 and run 18x8 and 18x91/2 6 mm on rear. Any recommendations for a good tire size. Tucked and non rubbing?

I have a 5/7 drop and I run 20’s but as far as front tire size I’m at 235/40/20 with no issues. But I also rolled fenders and had to camber the front end negative a little bit
