Frame cleanup

Tonight I started cleaning up the frame with a putty knife gonna wire brush it a lil then paint it, got a gallon of gloss black rustoleum so I'll use that, am I missing anything? And how many coats would you do

Pressure wash it.

I wire wheeled mine, then sprayed it with bed liner. Holds up pretty good, but took me 4 cans to do 3 coats
