Diamond plate tool box?

I was just wondering how everyone is mounting there tool boxes, i'm about ready to finish painting my truck and i'd like to keep it looking good instead of scratching the bed to peices lol

My uncle has a quarter inch rubber strip under his and he just bolted it down, that's about all I can think of
