I dont remember exactly, but it should be good for 96-99. It worked in my 98, i tested it right after I got it in case I needed to take it back.

You will need a new brake master cylinder. They are only $35 iirc through rock auto. The yards here pull the reservoirs off them an they get full of water so I don't trust them. I'd also get new hoses but you could use these if needed. Except the master it's everything you should need.
