99-00/GMT800 Bed insert on a K1500

I really don't like spray in liners, and plastic inserts are ok but not quite as much protection as I want. I found an alternative, would this work with a bit of modification? https://www.dualliner.com/blog/the-alternative-bed-liner

Since they are "exact fit", unless they are "exact fit" for your bed, the amount of "modification" would be counter productive. You really want to spend that kind of money on something then hack it up to try and make it fit?

I'd suggest finding someone you know with a GMT800 and measuring their box, then comparing it to yours.

Yeah, that is a dumb Idea, maybe I'll contact them and say build one for my truck!
