This might be a stupid question but does the rear seat flip up in a 91 sierra ecsb? Thanks in advance.

Is there supposed to be a handle on the side or bottom? All I see is a round plastic piece that's broken off but doesn't move at all.

And the piece is on the passenger side. There is nothing on the drivers side.

the handle on my 89 is only on the pass side under the seat, you pull the handle and hold it to flip it up or down

Do you pull it straight down towards the floor?

i think it pulls towards the front of the bench so horizontal movement not vortical(up and down)
