80s GM steering wheel on 91 Chevy

After driving my 83 for several months I decided I like the wheel a lot more than my 91s. Will they swap out or no? If the wheels will not, will the steering columns swap without extensive electrical rewiring?

It fits. From somewhere in the late 50's to 94 there are the same splines and size.
