1995 k2500 Suburban rear blower motor part number?

My blower motor for the rear HVAC is making one hell of a noise. I’m having issues finding any “quality” replacement motors. Anyone have any suggestions?

My 99 Tahoe's AC is cold up front but hot in the rear
