Gear Oil 80-90w or 75-90w?
I have a 1995 K1500 5.7L ext cab. The owners manual calls for 80-90w gear oil in front and rear axle but I have read that 75-90w will improve gas mileage and it's better in cold weather. Has anyone used 75-90w in place of 80-90w without any issues? I plan on using Amsoil Severe Gear either way...- Mike M95 ex cab4x4
