I have the information somewhere. I’ll look it up and send it to you. In the meantime I have a 411 unit that I never used. I ended up going for a an ls swap and used the gen III/IV pcm. He had the conversion sheet for that as well.- Greg Hansen

I have had both the SSBC and Little Shop Mfg. rear disk brake conversion on 97 C1500. The little Shop calliper brackets are sold separately and these guys are awesome to deal with to help you out with what you need. Thanks you guys for your help. I have now come across another company that is making a caliper mount for 10 and 12 bolt rear ends to utilize the K1500 front calipers.
