Rough idle - vacuum

I'm sorry I don't have any answer but am curious what this is that I circled. I have a 95 5.7 tbi and have vacuum issues myself possibly due to the person who had the truck before be trying to so call delete things and took alot off.

I'm just trying to know what I'm missing that way I can go ahead and find the parts. In my area chevy trucks are so popular my junk yards are stripped naked of chevy so I can't even look at a junk truck to figure it out

New to the chevy side and definitely don't have alot of mechanical knowledge. Just bought it about three weeks ago and it looks like the kid spliced and diced alot under the hood. It's a 5.7 and wondering if there's a way to find out what I'm missing so I can get my truck running right. Also...
