    Thats a 1997 Silverado! Here in Brazil those trucks are pretty common, they came with a 4 and 6 cilinder diesel engines. By the picture it looks to be in "Florianópolis", state's capital.

    Actually, this truck was arrested by the brazilian "IRS", first owner probably made some mistakes with the paper work when he imported, and they gave it to the army. It was with those wheels and body kit when they got it.
