Custom bumper in progress

I was waiting to post this until it was fully finished but here is my custom bumper being built at Wits End Fabrication. It's got a little work left to go. I pretty much gave him artistic license to build it. More to come.

In the market for a new engine

So I'm in the market for a new engine. Was looking at some crate TBIs, kinda want to avoid the GENIII swap but it is not totally out of the picture. So on ebay I saw this. What are your thoughts on this. Summit and Jegs sell an engine without all the extras for about $1600...

4.88s or 5.13s, what would you run?

I just got my lift finished up. Running a 6" RCX and a 3" BL on 37" tires. Going to regear next month. I do mostly highway driving 70%, 25% city and maybe get off road once in a great while. I'd also like to have a decent tow capability if the need came up. Truck is a 1990 RCSB K1500...

Ebay Header fit problem

So after sitting in my garage for the better part of a year I put my eBay shorty headers on. Bolted up to the engine great however they are about 2 inches narrow of fitting to the y-pipe. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a different set for a 4x4? Right now I'm down to 2 options, cut...

Turn signal, all lights in general problem

So I've pretty much got the truck ready for the road after sitting in the driveway for 4 months. I knew that there was a problem with the reverse lights not working but now it seems to have spread to the whole system. No Reverse lights: replaced neutral safety switch. Still no lights. No tail...
