    10 bolt to 14 bolt swap question

    Yep, the stock 10 bolt Ebrake cables worked for the 1993 4X4 14SF swap into my 4X4 1994 K Blazer. Just making note of the 4X4 to 4X4 axle cause there is a 2" width difference between the 4X and 2X rearend assembly incase someone didn't know that....so maybe Ebrake cable differences too....

    Wet plugs on passenger side

    Nothing more to add as you seem to have the appropriate guidance on the plugs. But, do post up what you've got planned for the bigger brakes....keeping 16" wheels?

    383SB or 400SB retro into a L31 1998 Suburban

    I'm with the others....400sbc in this application. Nothing to add differing from other comments. I am a fan of 400's and never had issues running them. Sure, crappy R/S ratio but perfectly fine for low rpm.

    That invoice looks like it's from Mitchell Differential/Driveline in Shrews.....? Love your BUILD! I have a 94 K Blazer that I'd love to SAS sometime. Although, if I did anything I'd have to 3-link the front or use WFO radius arm setup....my snow plow hangers occupy the same spot as the leaf...

    4.56 gearing

    As mentioned a set of 255/85/16 may be easier to experiment with....and change back if you don't see the result you want. Do the math, a 4.56 ratio "may effectively" act like a change to 4.10 with the 255s increased height....approx 33" http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html...

    94 k1500 wheel size

    Anyho' I have 285/75/16 on OEM 16s with only a slight rub on the lower corner of the front air dam.....on my 94 K Blazer. That size would be my suggestion, proportionally looks perfect....make sure you have 3.73s though.

    Cracked Intake Manifold at Coolant Sensor

    Personally, I'd take off the mani and have it welded up (Tig). It doesn't need to tightened that much....snug+ will be fine.

    1999 Yukon 4x4 Selectable Rear Locker Recommendations?

    Older post but what did you end up using, if any? In my 94 K Blazer, I swapped in a 14SF and used a Detroit E-locker. No issues to date, been about 10-12 years now.
