Tonneau Cover with Rack??

So i did something pretty stupid. I wanted a tonneau cover so i ordered one completely forgetting i have this big rack on my truck that bolts to the bed rails. Any of you smart folks out there have any ideas on how i could make some sort of bracket to have both? I really want to have both lol...

Torsion Bar Bolts.

I was about to crank up the bars on my truck (looking for 1 - 1.5 inches more in the front) when i noticed driver side bolt is at about a 45 degree angle while passenger bolt is almost straight vertical is this a problem?
