Starting the GMT800 brake swap on K3500
The 2wd 2500 non HD? I dont think so, probably less common than the 2500HD but the one my grandpa has sitting next door I think is a 2001, I dont know the year range on them someone else will have to chime in with that kind of info, and the 4x4 2500 non HD I have seen very few of too.- bornchevy

They did have non HD 8 lug 2500's, they came with the 14b semi float, the 2500 suburbans and trucks with the 6.0 had a 10.5" full floater and the 8.1 and diesels had the 11.5 full float all factory disk brake with internal parking brake from what I have seen. WTB 454 TBI throttle body
I have only come across one of the early style ones but my buddy is using it on his 69 suburban. If I happen to come across more I'm going to start grabbing them because they use the same throttle body spacer and IAC valve as the 5.0/5.7 and I think would make a easier swap. -

What are my a/c alternatives?
With the FLX7 compressor if you want a 6 groove pulle they sell sanden 6 grooves or you can just grab the clutch/pully off a Dodge Durango and slap it on. I'm in the process of doing exactly that- bornchevy

what IAC size are you looking for? there are two different 454 throttle bodies, the older style I believe shares the same footprint as a 350 tb. Borrowed the picture. -

Pro comp lift kit
****edit- prices are obo**** Took the kit off to do a sas. Every nut, washer and bolt that came off in order to remove the lift comes with it. Has the 2-3 bolt idler adapter for pre 93 trucks. Braided brake lines included. Normal usage. Front diff is also for sale with front shafts still... -

So I’ve decided to just pull the engine and trans, might as well at this point. May get the heads worked on a little bit, and new piston rings. Did a compression test before I started ripping everything apart and had 1 cyl at 180, 6 at 175, and 1 at 170. I think that’s pretty decent for a 26...- bornchevy

Air Conditioning
If you use the vortec accessory brackets it will move the ac compressor to the driver side and the alternator to the passenger. The down side is if you already have the compressor the mounts are different from the vortec vs tbi. Just throwing that out there not sure if it helps or not.- bornchevy

I haven't don't the swap yet but have the parts for it. With the ORD sas brackets I have for my 10 bolt I'm putting in the rear leaf hanger hits the y pipe Little on the passenger side- bornchevy

Passenger Side Windshield Washer No Working
I would have to assume that there is a clog the hose going to the passenger side sprayer, or the hose came off/ broke after the y spliter. You should only have one pump. Some times the diagrams from LMC help when looking for stuff. The web page posted below should help...- bornchevy

Replaced Fuel Sender, Gauge off by 10 gallons now.
Its the factory tank as far as I know, the replacement fuel pump assembly was a airtex unit that I picked up at an autozone when i was in Texas, I don't have the part number anymore and autozone dose not have it listed on their website. Iv had the same issue on my truck (34 gallon tank) since I bought it. Replaced the fuel pump when I thought the tank was empty. Ran the truck till the tank was empty, well when i went to drop the tank I was surprised at how heavy the tank was. Well to my surprise there was 10 gallons of gas left...- bornchevy

Remote oil filter adapter plate
I'm going with -AN fittings and braided hoses on anything to do with fluid so trail repairs are easy, Instead of caring separate spare lines for the necessities I just have to have a few hoses that work for everything.
