Blower Motor Resistor Did not Fix Fan

You might also look at the fuse lay out. You may have power to "switch" the relay, but the load side of the relay may have its own fuse. On my '98 the High circuit is on a completely different fuse and relay.

Third brake/ cargo light issue

When I was removing mine to replace with led model there was some serious damage to the connectors and wiring due to overheating. Up to that point everything was completely stock, so not sure what the cause was.

Driver's side wind noise driving me nuts!

Just something to check. My drivers side rearview mirror likes to whistle while it works. The seam where it folds is apparently just the right gap to whistle like Ellie May Clampett. Had to put some gorilla tape in the gap to shut her up!
