    Clutch pedal bracket mounting

I swapped an nv4500 into my 1994 k1500, but while putting the clutch pedal bracket on, I realized there's no studs for the top of the bracket. Both my other gmt400s have the studs but this one does not. Anyone come across this? What did you do to mount it?

No power at switched 12 for the stereo

I have a 1994 chevy k1500, the battery was dead this morning so I jumped it (has happened a couple times). After this time the stereo doesn't turn on, fuses are good, there's constant 12 at the radio but no switched/ignition 12. Is there a fusible link or something that I should look for? I'm...

    Crankshaft play

I am rebuilding a 350 for my truck, it's out of a 1991 Chevy half ton. I got all the new bearings in, I polished up the crank and there's quite a bit of vertical play in the crankshaft, you can even see a gap. is a little bit normal? what does this mean? is the bearing cap/block more oval from...

    Low power

I think I've got er figured out, headers werent sealed completely to the block so the O2 sensor wasn't getting the right reading of the exhaust..

    Low power

I'll let you know if I figure out anything, I know they aren't gonna be great on gas but they shouldn't be THAT bad
  15. P

    Low power

Yeah it sucks real bad, $120 a week at 16 making only $250/week! Makes it hard to buy other things for it (although I just purchased a lift kit and I'm working on installing it)

    Low power

Air filter is perfect, I'll replace the fuel filter when it gets warmer, it's probably been in there longer than I've been alive anyways! Lol

    Low power

I should add, I get terrible gas mileage, like a quarter tank a day, and I drive 30 miles or less in a day. I know the O2 sensor can cause that as well as a lack of power
  18. P

    Low power

My gas gauge is way off and temp doesn't even work. Lol
  19. P

    Low power

Or the gauge could just be off, it is a Chevy gauge
  20. P

    Low power

    I'll do that

    Low power

I'm running 265/75/16, just a tad bigger than stock. It's 3.73 gears, speedo is about 3-4 mph fast (if it says I'm going 25 I'm going ~22)

    Low power

My check engine light does come on if I sit in one spot at idle for a couple minutes

    Low power

I have a 1994 k1500 with the 5.7 TBI, a lot of other gmt400 trucks I have driven have quite a bit of git up n go, mine does not. I've replaced the plugs and wires, headers and 3" pipe through dual cherry bombs. Could it be the O2 sensor? TBI injectors maybe? How would I go about testing those?

    Factory body lift

What is the factory body lift size? I thought it was included with the Z71 package but I'm not sure if there even is a factory body lift lol
