    You don't have to change any O2 wiring. Just delete the heater codes. Depending on the calibration, the PCM is looking for a return signal from the O2 heaters. Since your O2s don't get grounded from the PCM, it will set codes.

    That PCM does have IAC drivers and will run DBC. What has to be done to the PCM is to flash a DBC calibration into it. Jeff

    The pinout is the same. I think it is easier to rework the Vortec harness for the Gen3 engine. It already fits your truck. Jeff

    You can run LS throttle bodies and injectors. I have no experience with the 4150 or 4500 sized throttle bodies. Jeff

    HHmmm, That's weird. I would think that most any tuning shop could do it. If they can tune a 2002 Camaro or Truck they can. They probably just don't realize that they can or think that it is a weirdo project that they don't want to get involved with. Jeff

    Work on what PCM? The Black Box or the LS1b type (0411)? Most shops can't do the Black PCMs. Most shops can do the LS1b PCMs. That is the reason for this thread--To have a more user friendly and much better PCM that has MUCH better support. Jeff

    All of the softwares (That I am aware of) now have the parameter that allows the 4 trans range switch wires to not be needed. Jeff

    On the LS/Gen3 PCM---C2-54 is the input from the fuel level sender to the PCM. C2-38 is the output to the gauge. Jeff
