Update. Cut the wiring for the 1-2 solenoid at the computer and the end of the vehicle side of the harness. No change. Verified that the computer has bat. voltage between the E and the computer side of the cut when key on and in PRNod and 1st. Voltage drops to 0 when it is in Manual selected...

Couple more things I thought about. Manual shifting does not change anything. At 55 when slowing down and I shift from OD to 3rd the engine rpm's go us slightly, so I think the torque converter clutch is working correctly. Thanks Hush
