    I just tested the PCM output to the ICM with an LED set and that all looks good, so I'll grab an ICM tomorrow and I should be in business. thanks everyone for the help.

    do I have to change something in the tune for the 4X crank vs 24X crank signal? i'm missing something.

    is there anything in the tune that needs to be changed to convert the 8 individual coils into 1 signal for the ICM? all though i'm not even getting 1 spark at the coil.

    checked for spark with a new sprk plug grounded in #1 plug. and then tested coil output to ground with test light to check for the spark jump.

    That is all brand new. except for the ICM I replaced them all as a tune up for my journey from SC to WA. all A/C Delco from GM except for the distributor I replace with the stock MSD replacement as it has the billet aluminum body and my original gm Distributor was plastic and had cracked.

    I can see all that, and the current cylinder changes. is it possible that it is the pcm? how would I know that?

    I have continuity from 26Red pin to ICM white wire, ICM WHT/Black to Coil, and ign power with key on to both, also good ground to ICM. so the only thing left is what signal to test for and how from PCM. if that's good, then what signal does the ICM send to the coil and how to test that?

    i'm getting fuel. I was thinking icm failure. my coil is new. I just need to test the icm to verify that's it. I hate throwing parts at problems.

    I changed Vats from serial to none, but I don't know if I can disable it any more than that.

    is anybody on here using hp tuners and willing to look over my tune for the 0411 swap? I have a 1999 K1500 suburban with a GMPP HT383E engine. I did the swap and double checked all the wiring and the truck wont start. I think it has to be either a problem with the tune or a hardware issue either...
