Bed tie downs

Hello all, I am wondering if there was anyone who has added d-rings or any other style tie down anchors on the inside of their bed like the newer body style trucks have? I am slowly starting to restore my truck and I plan on linexing the bed but I'd like to add more tie downs in the corners...

Aftermarket Tow Mirror Lens Replacement

I bought a set for my truck and some idiot hit the mirror while my truck was parked in the street. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement upper lens?
