K1500 upper control arms 2 help lower c1500

So Id like some help . Saw some info about using K1500 upper control arms 2 help lower a c1500 did I read this right or was this some missinfo , If so more Info would be great . Oh Ya its on a 1998 gmt400 c1500 Thanks Keep the Shiny Side up
