    Got done with the rear ground.. Didn't look that bad.. And was not the issue... This is turning into a nightmare.. If anyone has any suggestions please post... I going to be going thru everything wiring Saturday, and any help or suggestions would really help out. It is such a weird problem...

    Well there is no ground on the rear corner on either side.. N quit for the night when I saw my channel for the box to the bed was rusting thru... A lot.. Try again tomorrow after I figure out where any grounds are on the truck for these lights.. Brakes still work fine, and learned that the turn...

    Apparently reading thru some other threads with brake light issues (mine still work), their is a ground off the right rear bumber, which just so happens to be where I kicked off a huge chunk of snow/ice yesterday before I went home.. Guessing that is messed up, let you guys know when I know..

    Went the 31" cause they gave me great places for the hangers with out much modifn So u got the same bombs as me, guess I am glad everything before them is stock. WOT she really makes noise, but normal "eco" driving is seems as loud as what my 99 Bowtie was with a 70 series flow and dual...

    I still got my cats and stock exhaust manifolds. These glasspacks are 31". It is super deep, and really loud when taking off, but like I said I was very pleasantly surprised when the noise in the cab was almost the same as before when holding a steady speed in over drive.

    :boobs: Just got the Cherry bombs glass packs on last nite, lets just say the drive to work was very enjoyable, thank God for loud exhaust, I need to hear my V8 :evillol: Real loud when taking off, but can still hold a conversation and listen to the radio when cruisen @ 70 :driver:

    It is pretty straight forward, if you got the puller, plenty of fluid and all the sockets and wrenches. U should be good, it is a rather simple part to swap, or at least simple by my standards :hmm:

    Get rid of those 'autolite double platniums'. They are worthless plugs. :Boo: First, the good old chevy 350 is not a high tech motor, go get some nice cheap NGK standard plugs you will notice a difference. autolite double platniums are aweful. My Audi came from the factory with platnium...

    As long as good old Fleet Farm has the Cherry Bomb glasspack I want in stock, I am finally cutting off the stock sytem just before the muffler and slapping on the two glasspacks this weekend :boxing:. Praise lil baby Jesus, no more quiet truck :driver: :rockit:

    I could not find any 145A. but I did swap in a 130A out of a NBS when the alt crapped out. Was a little tight and different threads so diff nut for the jucice connection, but plug n play. Works awesome n now I can add my lights when I get to it. Thanks for the info! :pepper:

    I just got my 97 about 4 months ago. Once winter actually came I noticed the transfer case would clunk pretty good when I put it in 4Hi (push button, rolling slowly). This morning I threw it into 4Hi, same clunk, but by the time I got to work i got this ratttle coming fromt the transfercase...

    If it helps, mine is bone stock, and it is not getting touched until I can by a good quality 6" sups lift. (as long as 6" still allows it to go in the garage)

    Tune Up Parts Numbers

    I have not done the tune up yet (soon). But I will be using NGKs! The only plug I will use in any of my cars,trucks,motorcycles, ect.. It is hit or miss with other brands...
