Driveline vibration after D/S R+R

I just replaced the fuel pump on my 98 2wd long bed. I removed the driveshaft to gain the extra room I was looking for to drop the tank. Prior to this, no vibrations. The driveshaft was a fight getting the slip yoke back into the trans. but it finally slid in. Now, a slight vibration...
