I have a 1991 silverado that I had the case rebuilt. I screwed up the side that

that has the actuator in it. The flange that connects to the CV joint was coming in and out too easily. I took it off and was messing around with the small gear and put it on backwards and it got stuck. The locking clip apparently held it in that position. I tried to pull it with a puller...

How torsion rod play is nl

So I went to install my new torsion rods. They have a fair amount of slop in the a-arms. Is this nl? I figure when they are loaded it will be gone but I wanted to see what other people have. My first rods had to be cut out of the truck so I didn't know what type of slop they had
