Help vortec head swap engine doesnt run right

Vortec head swap on 1990 tbi using sumit vortec intake and 062 heads with the stock tbi, it just doesn't run right it idles and everything but when you go to drive or rev it will backfire and have no power, keeping your foot steady it will buck untill your speed evens out absolutely gutless...

It's a flat tappet comp 242-2 oil pressure is strong

This is crank horse, I've driven it for 2000 miles, before that it was sitting in my yard for almost 3 years, the previous owner only used it for transportation I don't know about maintenance, it's probably 2 bolt, oil was just changed. As for horsepower I don't know why everyone is saying it...
