    Got a slapping / knocking noise or maybe a scrapping noise coming from the bellhousng when first started after install. Maybe he didn't seat the converter properly or... Don't know. He said he heard the 2 clicks seating it.. He pointed this out to me, this is the one from the Impala mounted...

    Hi. I'm finding different answers. You guys will know. Trans is coming out of a 95 SS Impala going into a 95 K1500 Silverado 2wd. Will this work without any modifications? I'm aware of the one bell housing bolt difference not being an issue and using my own TC. But I'm not sure on shaft length...

    You know what else I seen while pouring the fluid into a container to dispose was what looked like a lot of nickel size black chunks of something I didn't check the hardness but, I was reading a post here about someone seeing chunks of their 2-3 band inside the pan.

    What do you mean it defaults to 1st with a no upshift? Are you saying that if the vss is faulty/no power to vss it would be stuck in 1st? Replaced vss, haven't checked for power.. speedometer works. Also checked TPS. Because what I'm trying to do, is force limp mode so it can be driven a short...

    Hello everyone. Friends 95 Silverado stuck in 1st after the high rpm / off gas 1-2 shift symptom. Before testing selonoids shouldn't I make sure limp mode works? I've pulled #20 fuse and trans plug but still stays in 1st. Any help, I appreciate, thank you.
