    The entire butterfly valve was bigger on mine, I caught it when trying to swap over parts from the 350 tb to the 305 one since my 305 tb was in nicer shape. Idk maybe one of the many previous owners used a throttle body from a v6? Either way, worth looking into.

    I recently did the swap, the throttle body was bigger on the 350 than the 305. The 350 has two catalytic converters but the maf will adjust for the extra cfm. Can't think of anything else.

    The L31 in my truck is maybe 8 months old, I've put less than 2000 miles on it. I went with Jeg's gmperformance 350 vortec.

    Brake switch getting hot blowing fuses, signals clicking

    Turns out the new bulbs i put in the cab lights were incorrect, that seems to have fixed the fuse and hot brake pedal switch. Still stumped on the clicking signal relay. I don't see anywhere that looks heat affected other than the relay i swapped out.

    I just went through something similar with my driver side cable. I adjusted it and one brake was dragging, turns out the outer seating on the cable was bunching causing it to stick. If this is the case on your truck you should see a bulge in the cable where it's bunching up.
